Michael founded Evergreen Properties with the vision to help homeowners and other property owners simplify and navigate the complexities of selling their properties. During his career, he has successfully closed over $400 million in real estate transactions and has a knack for solving tough problems for property owners. He understands the unique challenges that his sellers face and works to find a solution that is fair and effective for both parties in a transaction.

After graduating from the University of San Diego, Michael dove into real estate finance as a mortgage banker and property investor. He quickly became known for his skill in handling complex deals, especially in buying properties directly from their owners across the United States. Learning to navigate complex deals allowed Michael to grow quickly and also find innovative ways to help sellers in need and make deals work that otherwise wouldn’t. These steps laid the groundwork for what Evergreen Properties does today.

Michael’s primary focus is on growing the company while keeping true to our values and mission of helping homeowners sell their properties with ease. You’ll find him meeting with sellers, negotiating liens and debts on behalf of sellers, walking project sites, meeting with capital partners, and coaching up our team members to better serve our property owners. Outside of Evergreen operations, Michael is responsible for meeting with local community leaders to see how we can use our knowledge and resources to help our local communities.
